THE STRENGTH OF THE SCHOOL


  1. The presence of trained and qualified staff members.
  2. The school being licenced and registered by Ministry of Education and Sports of Uganda.
  3. The presence of land where it’s situated. It has a free hold offer with an approval of the construction of a school.
  4. Presence of pupils hostel that at the same time acts as a home to the homeless children during holidays.
  5. The school being located in a slum area with many non school going children from broken homes and families that are even poverty striken.
  6. The presence of active committees: Parents and Teachers Association (PTA), School Management Committee (SMC) , Amazing Love Foundation Uganda (ALFU) this is a Foundation body of Amazing Love School.
  7. The School is connected to the national power grid and to piped running water.
  8. The presence of land in the neighbourhood for expansion.
  9. Willingness of parents/guardians to train and acquire skills to help them improve their household incomes like in knitting , crocheting, baking , brick laying and concrete , better agricultural practices. If this can be done properly, School uniform, sweaters and repairing of torn clothes can be done at school in time and reduce on expenditure.
  10. The presence of a savings scheme to enable the low earners to save for school fees.
  11. The relationship of the school with charity organisations like Rotary International that can be used to raise funds to implement some projects in the school and it's community.
  12. The presence of agricultural projects which can be improved to generate income to the school for sustainability purposes.
  13. The presence of a four classroom permanent block that is used for infants to study from.
  14. The presence of Ankita and Busman skills workshop. This can further be improved to offer variety of skills to children and even our community at large.
